Bad Messages?

The gym I attend has this basket of quotes for kids on the way out. Naturally I take one every time. They range from silly popsicle-style jokes to inspirational quips. They're not all winners but this one seemed to really relay the wrong message.

What do you think?

Gyms and Food

I found, tonight, that my local gym puts out a recipe once a week. I think this is a pretty great idea and definitely better than some other gyms that reward members by serving pizza. Someone explain that to me.

Trading In Books For Films

Not permanently but after reading 5 books straight, I am taking a little break and spending time on the train watching some movies I've owned for awhile but never sat down to watch.

The Gym

Maybe it's the 200 faces bearing only miserable looks, the smell, the temperature, maybe it's the white noise -like hum of the machines or the otherwise library-like silence. Take your pick, but my aversion is growing stronger with every trip.

Intentional Double Meaning?

I've always thought this clock looked like a girl, with the face replaced by a...well...face. (the face of a clock, that is.)

My New Apple Toy

After months of deliberating, I finally went and picked up an Apple TV today. So far, it's awesome.

Taking pictures of the sky is tough. Definitely a reminder of the difference between witnessing a site and capturing it for later.
