so after being asked to make dinner for everyone tonight i realized that despite the fact that i do cook and that i am italian i have never made meatballs before. so yes - even though its tough to tell from that picture, those are meatballs (beef-left, turkey-right). they turned out pretty well, although other than making sure i rotated them so that the outsides didnt burn, i didnt have to do much.
