Last week I bought myself a few new dress shirts for work. I sent them to the dry cleaner the next day. Today i picked them up and found that not only were two of them very wrinkled, but actually ruined. While one has several pulls in it, this one actually looks scratched. The shirt is covered in these scratch-like discolorations. Now I have to go back to argue for compensation and then I still have to go buy new shirts.
