I hit a deer on my drive to work today. With the number seen on the side of the road in my 15 years here, it's actually a surprise it took this long. It was horrifying and more traumatic than I would have expected. Fortunately - for as bad as these things can be, I came out of it with no injuries and my car has manageable damage.
