awaiting the downpour

so i had to cut the lawn yesterday - not that i had anything else important to do - but it was requested in a way that made it sound like this was the last chance to get out there before it was too late.  today it was supposed to downpour, which would make the lawn too wet to cut tomorrow, then sunday is easter, and after that its just too late - itll be too long to even attempt

so im currently waiting for that dreaded storm.

got a slew of new music yesterday - 25 albums to be exact.  figured the easiest way to get a taste of each artist is to make a playlist and put it on shuffle - so far not a whole lot of stand outs..but at the same time - i have not disliked anything.  lots of new bands - which is exactly what i was looking for. 

recommendations - new felice brothers album is great and so relaxing

-in the same vein - great lake swimmers, and eulogies

- mono - if you are looking for some great ambient/score style instrumental  then mono is your band...more later
